The Vadiyalu was very hard to bite into. It was flavorless and tasteless. Just my opinion.

The customer service was good and I received all my products on time.
The only suggestion is if you can find a way to make the customs payment either beforehand or inform the customer to pay and then refund (like it was done in my case) but beforehand.
Everything else was great, would recommend to my friends for sure!

We informed the carriers to bill the duties to the seller’s account, and only in rare cases the payment invoices will be forwarded to customers. In those situations, we ask customers to share the details with us so we can handle the payment.
